After downloading the latest Apple update, my Kindle books

This answer was rated:

After downloading the latest Apple update, my Kindle books now all say "download error". Some of the books I have read and some I haven't.

I am Vinod. I will try my best to help you resolve this issue.

Let's try a reset first. Press and hold the power button and the home button together until you see an apple logo.

Let me know whether this resolves your issue.

Thank You

This did not fix the problem.

Let's try the next step. Let's deregister and reregister the Kindle app.

Open the Kindle app. There will be an "i" icon somewhere to the bottom part (or to the top part) of the app.

You will find a register button there. Click on that and deregister. Then register again.

Let's see whether this works
