I see that you've already tried deleting the Net Nanny related files, but I need to make sure there is nothing left. I want you to delete all files related to Net Nanny from these locations.

Macintosh HD/Library/Extensions
Macintosh HD/Library/LaunchDaemons
Macintosh HD/System/Library/Extensions
Macintosh HD/System/Library/LaunchDaemons

Please let me know if that didn't work, so we can continue troubleshooting.

Best Regards,

David, did you found any files rated to Net Nanny in those locations ?
