you will need to utility cd to reboot your system
utility cd disk long gone,
you need that to restore it...it seems that you will need to reload you operating

no you will need the actual cd because you will need to boot it from the start of you computer
when you download it ...it will not be available at the beginning of your start up...cd only
In that case, I will upgrade system to v. 10.8 mountain lion. I do not believe I shoild pay, as you did not solve problem. The system upgrade is less expensive than the expert advice (which did not work)
well you issue can be solve only one way which i provided you...you may visit the apple store which will tell you the same...so i indeed did identify your issue and give you a solution. Which is what we are here for...we can either troubleshoot and if the issue is beyond us..we can pin point the issue and tell you the remedy....which i did...
so if you dont want to RATE ME for my assistance i am completely fine with that ...no problem
