Hi and welcomed to JustAnswer.com.
My name is Nick. I will assist you with your issues.
We will have to backup your iphone, restore, then restore the backup. First backup your iPhone with iTunes. Connect your iPhone to computer. Open iTunes. Cancel any sync progress.
, go to Backups
section. Select This Computer
option. Then click Backup Now
. See photo.
This will backup your iphone's data such as contacts, messages, photos, videos, apps, and more.
Once done, we click Restore button. This will restore your iPhone back to Factory Settings. If there is an update for your iphone, iTunes will download and update. It will take 30-60 minutes based on your internet connection.
After restored, activate your iphone. Then click Restore Backup
button under Backups section. Select the Backup that we just did. Then your iPhone should be working normally.
