Hi, thanks a lot for posting your query here. I am Jins here to assist you. Please click here and download the logitech driver. Install it on your system and check again. If it not helps, Go to your dock, click on App Store and download Webcam Settings.

Hi Henry, I waited for a reply from you. I think you are offline and that is why there is no reply. I need to go now. So if the above solution didn't work for you, please follow below steps to verify your cam is installed and detected properly in Mac OS X:
  1. Boot up your Mac.

  2. Once you've logged-in and have reached the desktop area, connect your web cam to any available USB port.

  3. Click the Apple logo located at the top left of the screen.

  4. Select About This Mac.

  5. Select More Information.

  6. In the System Profiler, look under Hardware section and select USB. You should see the camera's model number in the list.

    Note: The screenshot below is for Creative Live! Cam Socialize HD.


  • You can also go to Finder > Applications > Utilities to launch the System Profiler.
  • Logitec C615 is a Universal Video Class (UVC) device and so the MAC computer should automatically detect the device, if the Cam is not detected, connect it to another USB port and check again. Please note the logitech program with your cam only supports mac osx 10.5 and 10.6 and may not work in 10.7 correctly.
  • For iChat application usage, there is no configuration needed as MAC will automatically configure and detect the Cam.
