I assume you have not received my other messages? Select your Inbox and go to Mailbox / Rebuild. Then do the same for the Trash Mailbox, let me know.
Customer: replied 4 years ago.

I went to rebuild mailbox and trash it seems the mail is reloading all of my emails ?

Expert:  Mike replied 4 years ago.
I'm afraid that may be unavoidable if you want to fix the problem, sorry. The Mailbox was corrupt. Can you empty the trash?
Customer: replied 4 years ago.

The trash seems to be deleting items but very slowly I SELECT ALL and it only erases 10 or so. Use the shift button to select a group of messsages it will only delate 20 or so

Expert:  Mike replied 4 years ago.

Expert:  Mike replied 4 years ago.
Yes sorry that used to work seems they changed it. Try this:

Go here and download Maintenance for your system version, install it, run it and follow directions then check all boxes and click on Execute. Restart after. Then open Mail and try deleting again.
