I have a I-Phone 4s, within one of the contacts, by accident I have deleted the notes, how can i retrieve the notes?

Have you been syncing your iPhone with your computer & iTunes? If so, you can restore the iPhone to an older backup.

Jason :

- Connect the iPhone to the computer that you have been using the phone and iTunes with
- Once that is complete, right click the iPhone listing in the left panel of the iTunes window
- Choose "Restore from Backup"
- Choose a backup date from before you deleted the data and restore.

Now your iPhone will be back up and have all the restored information from your last sync.
