Please go to the Apple logo on the upper left of the screen, go to About This Mac (DO NOT Select More Info), and tell me the Version (under Mac OS X), the Processor and the Memory, it is all right there.

New version not working

What do you mean what happens exactly?
Customer: replied 4 years ago.

It looks like new version flash player did not install.

Did you run the installer? Just downloading it is not enough.
Look in your downloads folder
Customer: replied 4 years ago.

It has been installed (tried a few times) Do I have to disinstall the old fp?

If I'm a problem (and that's possible) then I will take this computer to a local. If that happens can I get a refund?

No it should work with your system. Where are you seeing that it is not working? Go here what does it say in the box?

Sorry I am having trouble with the links click here:

What does it say under number one on that page?
Customer: replied 4 years ago.

NO..go to number 2 and that's not working for me. I am completely undone by all this and really, I want to give up.

I don't know what you mean by that. What does it say in that box? If you want to give up that is ok too.
Customer: replied 4 years ago.

Thanks for trying, but in 2 hours worth of my trying it just doesn't work. Would appreciate a refund. Aloha

Ok but did you actually install it not just download it? I'll request a refund
Go to System Preferences / Flash there you will see Security settings if that is the problem
