Perform a power reset of the iPad. Press and hold the Home Button and Top Button down together at the same time. Continue to hold both buttons until the iPad shuts off and the Apple Logo appears. Once the logo appears let go of the buttons and allow 1-2 minutes for the software to load up.

It;s working but when I go to sites I have trouble connecting.The screen is grey and does;nt respond to the click

Is your iPad connected to WiFi?

Also do you know what iOS you have installed on your iPad?

To find out from the Home Screen tap on Settings>General>About

Version will be displayed on the screen.
