When I connect my iPhone 5 to my PC (Windows 7), a window asks

This answer was rated:

When I connect my iPhone 5 to my PC (Windows 7), a window asks me what program I want to open/download the photos and video. When I select the program, the photos download fine, but the videos come out upside down. When I email the videos to others, the upside down effects repeat.

Apple technicians tell me that the problem is with Windows and that ideally I would download using iTunes or QuickTime. Those two programs are not available when I get asked what program to use to open/download from the phone.

Are there any solutions available?

Thank you.
Hi, I will assist,

Did you actually download and install the iTunes program on the computer?
http://www.apple.com/itunes/download/

, then try opening the iTunes program on the computer to view videos.

IF needed, rotate the phone when taking videos.

If needed, you can download and install the Movie Maker on the computer to rotate videos:

Or download the Video Swivel app on your iPhone to rotate videos directly on the iphone:

If all fails, please let me know. Thank you
