Error message on my iPad. "Please remove the book from your device & redownload it from your cloud items. If the problem persists, try to deregister your application & register it again." I deleted the Kindle application and reloaded it & that did not solve the problem. I still cannot open any of the books in the Device. What now?
Hi, I will assist,

Please press and hold both the Power button and the Home buttons together for at least 10 seconds, until the Apple logo appears, then wait a bit.

Then you've deleted and reloaded the kindle, but did you de-register and re-register it? Please try:

  1. Tap the Kindle icon on your iPad.
  2. Tap the Settings (cog) icon in the lower right-hand corner of the screen.
  3. Tap Update under the Registration field and then tap the Deregister button.
  4. Then it will ask you to register/sign in your Amazon account.

If all fails, please let me know. Thank you,
