Customer Question

When I click on I photo, it will show up but as soon as I try to select a photo or do anything else, it minimizes the program immediately. I have turned on and off the computer and quit the program several times and nothing seems to work. In effect, I cannot use I Photo.

Please help.

Hello, my name is Dan.
I will do my best to help you, the only stupid question is the unasked one.

This sounds like it needs some TLC.

Relist: Inaccurate answer.
My question was not answered, not even close. The expert asked me questions and told me my computer needed some TLC and my computer works perfectly. It is my IPhoto that is problematic and this was not addressed. This is very frustrating.

I answered your questions and gave you my credit card and you have given me nothing. Please answer my question regarding Iphoto or cancel immediately. This is very frustrating and I am not happy.

I understand your frustration but it is not as easy as snapping fingers to fix these things. If that were so you would not be seeking help.
I can help you, you have to do your part and do as I ask or this will result in more frustration.
This PDF will explain about permissions, most likely the start of the problem.
It will not take long to do this and will result in overall performance improvement. It may even get iPhoto working.
