Hi, we use Outlook and the calendar was not syncing with the iphone. We were trying to find a way and set the default calendar as icloud. now outlook program will not even open, we get this message

Hi, my name is ***** ***** I will do whatever I possibly can to help answer your questions.
To find out if Outlook, or the user specific supporting files are damaged, we should test a new user account. If Outlook opens there, then it is user specific.
To create a test account, open System Preferences - Users & Groups (or Accounts on Leopard and earlier).
Then unlock the padlock, and click the +
When you have put in test and test for password, log out and into test.
Try opening Outlook.
