Are those songs bought from the itunes store?

Also, are those songs saved anywhere else? For example, in any of your devices such as ipad/iphone/ipod?

Yes they are all purchased songs for the Itunes Store yes they are all on my ipad but i need to sync so i can put on my ipod

If they are all purchased from the store and if they are in your ipad, then it is very easy to download to them to your computer.

Open itunes in the computer and connect the ipad. You should mostly be getting an error message that "itunes has detected an ipad which is linked to another library". There, click on "transfer purchases".

If you are not getting that message, then click on File menu at the top of the itunes (where it shows file, edit, view, controls etc).

Click on file > transfer purchases
