MobileMe was discontinue and switched to iCloud, when was the last time you logged in?
Customer: replied 4 years ago.

I put my iPod on iCloud. I last logged on to this e-mail over 2 years ago. I don't remember my iCloud but I remember my iTunes account password.

iCloud was not available two years ago. Go here and try to sign in :

No, I put my iPod on iCloud two months ago.

But if your iCloud account is active you should be able to sign in here, please try again and let me know:

I was able to sign in. Do I use the e-mail that has the symble appearing there?

Yes but we were checking to make sure your email address and password XXXXX correct and they obviously are. You can use the web version of iCloud email, calendars, contacts, etc...or we can try to fix your Mail version, up to you.
Customer: replied 4 years ago.

I will use the web version of iCloud for now. Thanks.
