I am having difficulty setting up icloud on my notebook.
1. The icloud icon does not appear on my apple system preferences.
2. I am having a problem then getting into my apple account
Everytime I ask to reset my password ***** just keeps going around and , click on link, back to request, new email ..on and no...

OS X 10.6.8

I tried to purchase the operating system update (though I am not entirely sure I need to for icloud) I cant remember my AppleID/Password *****

I do know my itunes password

The minimum system requirements are Mac OS X 10.7.4
You should update using the App Store to Mountain Lion 10.8
App Store should be in your Applications folder.
