Hi, my name is David, and I will do whatever I possibly can to help answer your questions.

Open iTunes, and click the Store link on the left, and click the Sign In link on the top right using your Apple ID.

Your balance should appear, and also a new link on the right called Purchases.

When you open Purchased, you can download anything you downloaded on any other computer using the same Apple ID.

If you have an issue with your Apple ID let me know.

Kind regards,

You don't have to rate my answer unless you are happy with the resolution.

Go to and reset your password.

Then try again to sign in. Sign out if there is another account already signed in.
