my safari browser quits unexpectantly on frequent occasions. this occurs no matter what activity. it is also is very slow to open, although my isp is supposedly high speed. so what do i need to do?

Try to reset the Safari browser:

  1. Open your Safari web browser by clicking on the Safari icon in the dock.
  2. Click on Safari in your Safari menu, located at the top of your screen.
  3. A drop-down menu will now appear. Choose the option labeled Reset Safari....
  4. A warning dialog will now appear detailing the items that will be removed.
  5. Click the button on the dialog labeled Reset to complete the process.
  6. Your Safari browser will now restart automatically.

i am satisfied with the advice. it appears to have worked. i've previously replied with the rate the expert tab previously on this format. that tab is gone now...i assume because i already used it. i also replied to same request in response to another email.
