Hello! My name is John, a self-employed tech, and I'm offering my time in good faith today to provide advice and information.

Can you more fully describe what you mean by "misused"?

Customer: replied 5 years ago.
Good morning sir, it's morning here about 1130am .
I think someone has been stealing credit from my I phone, when I contacted the telephone company here in Thailand they suggested I had several phone numbers, I said no I only have the one number and asked the Thai lady at AIS what she meant, she then said never mind she made a mistake and that the ais network was taking all my phone credit, I sent a couple of picture messages/e mails and am not very savvy with technical things so believed her. Now I am having great trouble accessing my e mail accounts.
Many thanks

Different carriers do charge you to send pictures and messages and or use the internet. If we take the lady's comments at face value, then that may be where some of your credit is going (if you are talking about phone credits).

Your cell carrier would certainly be the one to tell you if someone else was accessing your account directly. However, you also mention your iPad? Is this an iPad with 3G using the same carrier?

Think the carrier AIS lied or their English so bad, not sure how I can check that, I have a Thai lawyer ???supposedly checking out AIS company b it now I am unable to access my I cloud account for any replies.

Let's get back to the original question. How do you think a friend is misusing your iPhone and iPad themselves?
