You need to regain access to your original Apple ID log into the account through the web portal then change the email address registered to the account..........................
"what do you think I've been trying to do????? I'm telling you it won't allow me to update the apps on ANY account......of all the "change P.words".....it still will not allow me, no matter what password ***** email I use....I have no problem still keeping my orig email address with iPad.....but after I keep changing it.....it keeps tellimg me, it's "INCORRECT"..........
Ihave accepted the "2nd" changed ID...and have changed once more.
When it tells me to sign in with the password, the "old" email address keeps coming up!
Only heaven knows which password ***** used, none of the new ones work. you would think after I have changed the ID to sign in with the new email address, that it shouldn't be bringing up the old one constantly! You don't seem to be helping, it appears a waste of good money....
HELP................since no one can solve the problem, or help me to sign in, do not take $$$$ for doing nothing, just as the site says....I must be satisfied....I simply cannot take this much time for no helpful response.
I am in an awkard position, and cannot stay online forever. IF, you do find an answer that will allow me to upate these many "purchased" apps with my new email address, then email me at that address!!!
