Did you simply remove all tracks from your iTunes program?

Are you able to locate them on your computer?

Customer: replied 5 years ago.
no, i am unable to locate them on my computer
Expert:  Frederick S. replied 5 years ago.
I see

So you erased them from both the iTunes library and your computer?

Please go to Start menu

Select My Computer

Double-click C Drive

Double click Documents and Settings

Double-click your username

Press [F3] or click the Search icon

Then click Search (or press [ENTER])

Do you see any of your music files?

Customer: replied 5 years ago.
no, but my iTunes are on a ipod nano, not a mp3 player I dont know if that makes a difference

So all of your music if on an iPod? You can copy it all over to your computer.

To do so, please go to the following web site and click 'get sharepod':

Click Download, connect your iPod, then download the ZIP file and open up Sharepod from within the ZIP folder...

You can then highlight the tracks you wish to copy to your computer. To copy them all, simply click once on any song then hold CTRL, then tap the A key while holding CTRL. That will select all song files. Then go to Copy to computer, then it will automatically know to put it in your Music folder, and divide it up accordingly.

Thank you.

I have no control over what the name of your iPod is. Simply copy your music off of whatever the device name is.
