Customer Question

I cannot unlock my Ipod, that I bougth this January in Akron Ohio. It is my fault. I turned it off on a flight and then plugged it into a an outlet still turned off. I cannot slide the unlock switch that appears. It says the following
I cloud backup. This has not been backed up in two weeks. Backups happen when this is plugged in locked up and connected to WI-Fi.

Hello, my name is Dan.
I will do my best to help you, the only stupid question is the unasked one.

Try a reset, this should take care of that lockup.

To reset the iPad press and hold both the Sleep/Wake and Home buttons down until the Apple appears, ignore all other screens, then let go. Make sure to wait for the Apple.
This does a system reset much like a restart of your computer does.

Let me know.
