what we can do is
RIGHT CLICK on iTunes.exe in c:\program files\itunes
Then go to Compatibility and check the box "Run this program as administrator"
Click OK. then test it
when this is done. exit iTunes. do the Run this program as administrator.. then open iTunes and test to see if you will see the error message again.

I went to C:/program files / itunes
select properties...but ther eis no "Compatibility "
in itunes folder
you will see iTunes.exe
RIGHT CLICK on itunes.exe
go to Properties
then go to Compatibility
let me try again
check the box "Run this program as administrator"
then click Apply and OK
then from desktop, open iTunes and try to sync again
I can not find itunes.exe
I deleted and reinstalled itunes earlier today too
go to c:\program files\itunes
in that itunes folder you will see iTunes.exe
OK. I think I found it on search command...I went to prpoerties , then compatibility and run as admin.
check that box
and click Apply/OK
now go back to desktop
run iTunes again and try to sync with your iphone
Hold on...I went back to desk top and it is syncing still from before.
And now it is syncing music..which I have not been able to do before.
