we droped our iPad and it cracked. so, we got another one. how do we get all the apps and information from the old iPad to the new one

First, make sure your old iPad has already been backed up to your Itunes, if you didn't do this yet:

  1. Attach your old iPad to your computer, and then open Itunes
  2. Right-click (or control-click on Mac) on the iPad icon and select "Transfer Purchases". This will transfer all purchases from the Ipad to your computer.
  3. Right-click (or control-click) your old iPad under "Devices" and then choose backup

Once you've done that, here is how to get everything to the new Ipad:

  1. Connect your new iPad to the computer
  2. Right-Click (or control-click) the device ance pick Restore from Backup

Hi , on the new ipad , please log in to the store , via settings store .

Then try linking the new iPad to the Mac and syncing in itunes.

If you need more help , please ask .

If apps dont show on the Mac to sync , make sure your login using the same apple ID as you used on the Mac and the old ipad , then re-download any apps that are missing . It will be free to download apps you have paid for .

Also try itunes , store menu , check for available downloads.

On the Mac also See itunes , Store menu , Log in apple Id , and View my account for your account and app purchases history .

Also try itunes , store menu , check for available downloads.
