I need help moving my iTunes library--it was moved over once but the playlists didn't follow.

Thanks for contacting JustAnswer.com I am Cris and will assist you with your question.

If you still have access to the old computer you will need to do a export of each playlist individually.

Open iTunes, first click on the playlist.

Then click on File(Top Left), on the drop go to Library>Export Playlist.

Create the file and save to a flash drive or external hard drive.

Next plug the drive into the new PC and click File>Library>Import Library.

Doesn't the box of keeping my music organized keep the playlists in tact? I have moved over several iTunes files in the past and all playlists came over, I have over 50.

Did you copy the entire iTunes folder?
