My IT representative pushed a new policy to my computer

My IT representative pushed a new policy to my computer causing ITunes to not be able to launch. It says itunes is running in safe mode...Visual plug-ins you have installed have been temporarily disabled. I have unistalled and re-installed the current version of Itunes and recieve the same error message. Any suggestions?

There are third-party plug-ins installed that are no longer compatible. Please delete the contents of these two folders:
C:\Users\username\App Data\Roaming\Apple Computer\iTunes\iTunes Plug-ins\
C:\Program Files\iTunes\Plug-ins
Restart your PC, and launch iTunes, your issue should be resolved.
