I have duplicate albums that only show up on my iPod and not

Customer Question

I have duplicate albums that only show up on my iPod and not in my iTunes library. I have sorted and arranged everything alhabetically so I know that I only have one copy of each album in my iTunes library, but they are still showing up 2 times on my iPod. Very aggravating! Not very good with computers so am not sure what to do next. Any suggestions.

If you open iTunes

connect your iPod

Select it in the iTunes sidebar when it shows up

click the "Music" tab for the device

uncheck "Sync Music"

Then, click "Apply"

is any music left on the device?
