Is it possible to undo a synch of my old iphone data to my

Customer Question

Is it possible to undo a synch of my old iphone data to my new iphone that I just did by accident. I just purchased the new iphone last week and set it up as desired with all my new data, notes, pictures, apps and gmail accounts. My intent just now was to load my music from my itunes account on my laptop to my new phone. Somehow I loaded my old phone data from Nov 2010. It wiped out all my current data.
