My Ipad 2 froze while surfing the web. I had to rest the settings

Resolved Question:

My Ipad 2 froze while surfing the web. I had to rest the settings to unfreeze it but now my
WIFI says it is connected but I have no e mail connection and when I open Safari it says there is no connection to the internet. Any idea how to solve this?

YES I HAVE A COUPLE TIMES.

You can restore your iPad from iTunes on your computer and see if that works or not. Connect your iPad to your computer and open iTunes. In iTunes, select your iPad and click Restore. This should restore your iPad to factory settings. After restoring you will get a option to Restore From Backup or Setup it as New iPad. Select Restore From Backup.

Let me know if that didn't worked. Only click Accept after it worked.

I think your iPad's WiFi chip is fried. You have to take your iPad to the Apple Store to fix it. You've already tried everything so far...Sorry i couldn't solve your problem.

Since your iPad is under warranty, either they will fix it for free or will give you new one.
