How did you transfer them and what is the problem with the import?
Customer: replied 6 years ago.
Hi there,
is there a chat option available on this thing? I dont know how it was imported, my colleague did it and now he is back in China. I basically keep getting the message authentication failed: [email protected] (my work email address) everytime I try to send an email. I checked with my IT guy and my POP address is in there correctly. I am at a hotel so maybe thats the problem?

Please advise on chat feature.
