Hello, my name is Dan.
I will do my best to help you, the only stupid question is the unasked one.
What version of OS X are you using?
I am assuming that it has worked fine until then, correct?
Have you contacted ipostoffice?

Customer: replied 6 years ago.
I have version 10.3.9

Yes, it worked fine until a few days ago

I haven't contacted ipostoffice. How do you do this?
Expert:  Daniel replied 6 years ago.
One problem could be that you have an old operating system, even though it is as up to date as possible.
These are what ipostoffice settings are for Mac Mail. The certificate should renew on its own if all settings are correct.
That is an explanation of what and why.
I have not found a contact number to call.
