My son's ipod touch will not respond to touch. I tried rebooting it and it still will nor respond to touch. It is under a year old.

Try doing a Restore in iTunes. Let me know if that works.

How I restore in Itunes?

Plug the iPod into the computer it is synced with and do a sync then right there in iTunes you will see Restore. Let me know if you can’t find it.
