Resolved Question:

An iPad wit 30% battery was left on the counter. Onreturn, it was off and cannot be restarted. Any ideas?

Here are some steps you can try to resolve the issue:
• Hold down the Sleep and Home buttons for 10 seconds. This will
reset your iPad and cause it to reboot back to the main desktop.

• If this does not work, there is a possibility, that you may need to connect your iPad to your computer via its USB cord and simply allow it to charge.
