My wireless internet is suddenly not working. I have a Time

Customer Question

My wireless internet is suddenly not working.
I have a Time Machine that has been working for about 1.5 years without a problem. I was away from home for a month and when I came back it had a little trouble backing up again, but then was able to. I was able to access the internet wirelessly at 1st, but after the backup, was no longer able. I tried restoring my Safari from November but it didn't help. I am able to connect via ethernet - just not wirelessly.

Hello, my name is Dan.
I will do my best to help you, the only stupid question is the unasked one.
Is this an Apple Time Capsule or a Time Machine and a wireless router?
Customer: replied 6 years ago.
Hi Daniel-
Well, the good news/bad news is that during the wait time, I figured it out on my own. (Yeah me!). I do have a Time Capsule - pressed the reset button and just set up a new wireless network. So, I started from scratch, but everything's working great.
I wrote to JustAnswer to tell them I no longer needed help and tried to cancel my payment but I guess that hasn't happened yet.
Sorry to waste your time!
