• Press the TV SYS button on the remote control repeatedly until the screen displays normally. This toggles
the video ouput setting on the ScreenPlay Director as follows: PAL → NTSC → 480i 60 Hz → 480p 60 Hz
→ 576i 50 Hz → 576p 50 Hz → 720p 60 Hz → 1080i 60 Hz.

does the usb cable need to be connected also? all connections in place but message saying waiting for cables to be connected keeps appearing, nor will it pick up a signal.
I take it you can connect to an port in the back of the tv? presently on HDMI3. i've taken the USB cables out?
Mac Support Specialist: Mike, Mac Medic replied 8 years ago
Connect the HDMI cable to the TV make sure the TV input is set to that input then:

done that, same screen keeps appearing with message, waiting for detection of USB keys..Also keeps coming up with NO SIGNAL
Mac Support Specialist: Mike, Mac Medic replied 8 years ago
Where is it saying “waiting for detection of USB keys” if there is NO SIGNAL the TV screen should be blank?

on the tv, maybe a faulty device, considering taking it back to shop
Mac Support Specialist: Mike, Mac Medic replied 8 years ago
You don‘t mean the TV right that message has to be coming from the Screenplay not the TV.

What Customers are Saying:

Hi John, Thank you for your expertise and, more important, for your kindness because they make me, almost, look forward to my next computer problem. After the next problem comes, I'll be delighted to correspond again with you. I'm told that I excel at programing. But system administration has never been one of my talents. So it's great to have an expert to rely on when the computer decides to stump me. God bless, Bill
