I haven't changed the passwords since I set up the accounts
Expert:  Kyle Brockman replied 7 years ago.
Ok, you will need to reset these passwords with the providers first. After that is done you will then need to update the passwords in mail. You can do that by going into mail and click on preferences. Then click the accounts tab and re-enter the password XXXXX each account to what you reset them as.
