I used a hard drive to back up my data but I'm concerned that someone else has connected a hard drive to my computer. Is there a log of which drives have been connected to my Mac?
Thank you
Hello, and welcome to!

My name is XXXXX XXXXX I'm here to help.

Unfortunately, this isn't possible. The Mac doesn't keep track of what is connected to it, and when in that way. It can only detect existing connections. However, there are programs that keep track of when keystrokes are typed into the computer. So, for instance, if a user connected a drive and then did a search or changed some names of files, or entered a password, it could track that.

This software does a great job tracking keystrokes. Try that and see if it helps.

That should do it. If what I recommended doesn't help, or if you have additional questions, please let me know and we can continue troubleshooting.

What program keeps track of keystrokes? Do you have to purchase it separately
