Resolved Question:

While on-line last evening, my monitor screen view went to about 20% oversize. Additionally whenever the mouse is moved the screen picture moves in the opposite direction. Restarting had no impact on problem. I have a G5 powermac using 10.5.9. I was using Firefox 3.6.6 when the problem started.

You somehow activated the Zoom feature of your Mac OS X.

Press Command + Option + 8 to turn off the zoom.

You can also turn off the zoom by going to Apple Menu > System Preferences > Universal Access. Under "Seeing" tab, turn off the zoom
