Resolved Question:

I have a macbook pro and I'm working with imovie. I am looking for more exciting transitions/effects. I had access to some of these effects before on my other computer. I think they were automatically installed on a temporary basis from the maker.

Where can I get these effects?

Sorry for the delay!

Unfortunately, the latest versions of iMovie dont' support plugins or effects. It's something that's been talked about since they're release, but never done. Though there were quite a few plugins and extra stuff available for iMovie up to version 6, it never made to the revamped editions.
