I recently sent my macbook...
I recently sent my macbook pro in for repair. Now that I have it back I'm trying to listen to some of my itunes songs. I have over 3,000 songs I have purchased on itunes over the years. Now all of my songs are saying they cant play because I have to authorize my computer. When I type in my account ID and password, it reads "this computer is already authorized, including this one, you have 3 computers out of your 5 available." BUT, I still cannot listen to any of my songs. What is wrong?

In order to reactivate your computer you will need to contact itunes directly. Explain the situation to them and they will help you to reactivate your computer and listen your songs.

 

Please follow the steps below:

 

1- Click here ---> http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/

 

2- Click "Music Purchases" to expand it

 

3- click "Lost or Missing items"

 

4- Click the "Chat Now" button

 

5- Please explain the issue to the apple representative.

 

Please let me know if the issue is solved or not, so we can continue troubleshooting

Thank you very much for the speedy response. There was no chat now button on the page, however I was able to write a e mail to them. I simply copied what I had wrote to you. I have no problem paying you for your efforts, however I would like the problem to be solved first. Any other suggestions or should I just wait to hear back from apple?
