1- Go to http://iforgot.apple.com

2- Enter your iTunes ID. (That's your email address) and click Continue.

3- Now they will give you 2 options.

Option 1: Send an email to your email account with instructions to reset the password
Option 2: Access your account information and change your password XXXXX answering the security question you set when you created the account first time

Please try first with option 1.
