Customer Question

When I load Dreamweaver CS3 on my Mac (OS X 10.4.11), I'm getting a message that six translators are not installed any more. When I try to reinstall them, none of them are available to be reopened. I downloaded CS3 several years ago when I purchased it; so I don't have an original disk to reinstall. Any suggestions?

Hello,

The first thing that you should try doing is to update the software, go to the link below to get update for Dreamweaver CS3.

http://www.adobe.com/support/dreamweaver/downloads_updaters.html#dw3

Let me know if that helped.

Thanks

I went to that link and there is nothing for CS3. The Dreamweaver 9 update applies to CS3 but only in foreign languages.
