Customer Question

I have a HP Color Laser Jet 2600n printer. The exclamation point red light is blinking and the words in the window seem to be in another language. I turned it off and on again but it didn't help. Any ideas?

If the printer language was not correctly set during installation, you can set the language
manually so that the pages print in one of the supported languages. Change the language
by using the HP Toolbox.

To view the HP Toolbox
1. Open the HP Toolbox in one of these ways:
? On the Windows desktop, double-click the HP Toolbox icon.
? On the Windows Start menu, point to Programs, and click the HP Toolbox.

The language was set properly during installation. I use a MAC - how do I get to the HP Toolbox?

Hello, my name is Dan.
Can you tell me what version of Mac OS X you have on your Mac?
What were you doing when this happened? What I mean is what application we are trying to print from?
Did you take any other type of action, such as restarting your computer?

Thanks. I figured it out.
