Are you able to scan from the scanner using preview?
Customer: replied 7 years ago.
I don't understand the question. Where would I find preview?
Expert:  Kyle Brockman replied 7 years ago.
If you go to application, in there is an application called preview, if you open it. You will then see preview in the file menu. Click on file, then go to import from scanner, you should then see your epson in there. Click on it and go through that steps to scan.

I did that, and scanned a document. How can I initiate a scan from within Elements? So I need a newer version?
Expert:  Kyle Brockman replied 7 years ago.
I would say that the best thing to do would be to get the newest version of elements which is 8.
