When I start itunes it says uninstall itunes mobile support

When I start itunes it says 'uninstall itunes mobile support and itunes and then re-install itunes - how do I do that?

Most likely the best solution for you will be to uninstall and re-install all of itunes. Also if you look in the control panel you will see add/remove programs. While you in there uninstalling itunes make sure there isn't anything by that name itunes mobile support. Uninstalling and re-installing itunes will not lose your music library.
