Let it dry for a few days. If you have any dessicants (those little packets of beads that come with some electronics that say not to eat them) then put the dessicants in the container with the phone. Keep the container open so that the moisture can escape.

Most likely the phone is toast and you're going to have to buy a new one. However, I have had friends drop them in water and the phone comes back to life after a few days of drying.
