Hi there.
I own a G5 iMac. While online this morning it just conked - dead. No power. Kaput. No response from the power-on button. I tried plugging it into a different (known to be working) outlet to be sure it wasn't the surge protector.
Because it is so absolutely dead I'm thinkin' power supply. Any thoughts? Questions? Suggestions?
Thanks for your attention.

Hello, my name is Dan.
If it just went down, bam, just like that then yes, I would say power supply.
Especially if there was no warning, from on and running to off in zero flat, power supply.
The thing that will seal the deal is this.
This may (long shot) bring it back.

Hello Dan,
I just wanted to thank you for your response. I tried the SMU reset - nothing.
It's in the shop now. Ah, well...
Thanks again,
