Ok. will do... do I need to uninstall anything first?
Expert:  Engineer John C. replied 7 years ago.
Well, not necessarily, but is not a bad idea. Go to apple icon, System Preferences, Print and Fax, Select your printer and click the minus symbol (-) to delete it.

Then restart your Mac and try my previous solution.

Thank you!

nope... didn't do the trick. I had already re-loaded driver before...
Customer: replied 7 years ago.
Any other ideas?
Expert:  Engineer John C. replied 7 years ago.
Do you see the printer now in "System Preferences", Print and Fax ?
Customer: replied 7 years ago.
Hi Jhon, sorry for delay. Thought you had signed off for evening. I'm in Atlanta, it was late, I went to bed. Must leave my home office now for work. Won't be able to work on printer again until later this evening (MON).

Yes... I'm able to connect to the printer, it still isn't printing properly.
Expert:  Engineer John C. replied 7 years ago.
No problem. Have you tried using another USB port and another USB cable ?

Thank you

This is a wireless printer... no, I didn't try a USB... It's most attractive feature when I bought it a year ago was it's wireless capability. I'd prefer not to use it with cable.
Customer: replied 7 years ago.
Gee... pardon me... its, not it's... I really do know my grammar.
Expert:  Engineer John C. replied 7 years ago.
I am sorry but I am out of ideas. I will opt out so any other expert can try to help you.

Thank you
