I have a h-P printer/scanner that has been spectacular for my needs, however when I upgraded my Imac to Leopard, the scanner will not work. Any ideas?
Sally Robison
Hello Sally, my name is Dan.
Can you fill in some detail for me please?
What particular HP AIO?
You upgraded from 10.4.x to 10.5.x?
How is the print/scanner connected?

I have a printer/scanner , Hewlett Packart, that will no longer scan after I installed leopard. Also my Photoshop tools, the circler and square no longer work again after Leopard came to my Imac. Please advise what i should do to remedy the above problems
I need the model of the HP, there are many and sundry HPs out there.
The first thing is to repair the permissions, then reset the PRAM.
This link is for a PDF that explains that and how to do it.

Unfortunately I will have more help here to do what you said. But, I will try.

Thanks for the information and if I get in trouble again, I will ask for David.
Customer: replied 7 years ago.
My model number is XXXXX
Daniel not David.
That model number comes up blank. The number I need is what is on the front of the printer, it will be something like DeskJet or PhotoSmart.

HP psc all-in-one
That is a start, it is however not enough as HP does not recognize it as one of theirs.
HP pcs all-in-one (now a number) please.
