Hi I am Ashik. I think i can help you

The best, XXXXX XXXXX secure way to transfer photos, musics, videos etc from iPhone to PC is, use a third party software " ImTOO iPod Computer Transfer ". You can manually transfer photos, musics, videos etc from your iPhone to PC. For more information, click here (Please try the trial version before buying the full version)

And remember, don't sync your iPhone with iTunes with an empty library. It will erase all contents of your iPhone if you sync with an empty library of iTunes.

Once you copied your contents make a backup of all files into external hd. Then you can import them back to iTunes.

Remember, import atleast one song, photo and application to iTunes before syncing with iPhone.

Once again, don't open iTunes when you connect your iPhone to your PC.
Transfer all files into your PC using iMTOO and then you can continue using iTunes. Good Luck !

Its a good idea to backup all your transfered iPhone contents before syncing your files with iTunes.
